Ed Donelan founded Telecom Infrastructure Corp in 1986 and, ever since, has been serving Fortune 1000 companies in the design and implementation of information technology systems. As President of Telecom Infrastructure he spearheaded the company’s expansion of services to keep pace with the telecommunications industry’s rapid growth and evolution. Ed is a multi-credentialed professional with a strong background in industry standards, consulting and communications contracting, and is licensed in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
Ed is a past president and a 10-year board member of BICSI, the world’s largest not-for-profit telecommunications association specializing in ITS education, training and credentialing. In 2004, he was awarded the prestigious BICSI Harry J. Pfister Award for excellence in telecommunications in recognition of his dedication and passion.
Laura A. Donelan,

Laura Donelan has been active in the management of Telecom Infrastructure since its inception in 1986, when she served as Executive Vice President. In 2005 she became Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the legal and financial affairs of Telecom Infrastructure as well as the company’s human resources and accounting departments. She is a member of BICSI and the Construction Standards Institute (CSI) and is an accredited Construction Documents Technologist (CDT).
Outside of Telecom Infrastructure, Laura is active on local community boards and she has been directly involved with generating more than 2 million dollars in donations for charitable causes.

Jim Sweeney has been in the communications industry for more than 25 years and has been providing design, technical leadership, sales and project management for Telecom Infrastructure since 1991. As VP of Operations, Jim is responsible for coordinating and overseeing most large-scale projects, as well as customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
Jim has extensive experience cabling buildings for all types of communications needs. In addition, he is a BICSI certified Telecommunications Project Manager, BICSI certified Technician, Corning Technician, Ortronics Technician, Siemon Certified Installer.
Shannon H. Geronimo, TPM

Shannon Geronimo is a dedicated industry professional who has been with Telecom Infrastructure since 2000. Shannon oversees Telecom Infrastructure’s sales and marketing efforts. Her responsibilities extend to information technology planning and development, leading professional development, and the planning and management of Telecom Infrastructure special projects.
In addition to her role in sales and marketing, Shannon is a highly valued Telecom project manager, earning her Telecommunications Project Manager certification in 2007. She is also credentialed as a Siemon designer and Systimax designer. Shannon approaches each project meticulously and professionally and enjoys taking on challenging assignments.
Rick Malan, RTPM

Rick Malan is a BICSI registered telecommunications project manager (RTPM) with over 6 years experience in project management and sales in the ITS field.
He manages Telecoms Business Development team with a focus on broadening Telecom's customer base. He has also successfully project managed many of Telecom's design/build projects.
Rick graduated from the State University at Albany with a major in Communications and a minor in Business Administration and was a member of it's Division 1 lacrosse team.
