From the planning and design stage of your project, all the way to the installation and commissioning, we have the tools, skills, experience and certifications necessary to get the job done right the first time. We will work with you at every step of your project to ensure your technology solution will meet your needs today, and keep fulfilling them in the future.

In our Design process, our credentialed and experienced designers will design custom solutions to fit your space and company goals, we’ll walk you through the process and the solutions to make sure you understand exactly what you’re getting and why. The goal of this process is to design the most efficient and effective solutions and to identify all possible roadblocks that my lead to expensive change orders, so we can help you avoid them. If you decide to bring us on for the Build phase of the project, you’ll receive a credit for the design.

During our Build process, our competent and credentialed Project Managers will be there to manage the entire project from start to finish. You’ll be given a web portal where you can view daily updates, pictures and documents relevant to your project. Like seeing behind the curtain at Oz, you’ll have full transparency to our process. The more information we give you, the less you have to worry about, the more time you can focus on doing you.

Our Connect process is all about making sure you’re comfortable with our end results and confident in understanding and using your office’s new technology moving forward. This process includes commissioning, warrantying, training, and managing your technology. You’ll receive a closeout package with your as-built documentation and cabling test results.
